What we sell
MilSurpStuff has accessories for
AR15, AK47, SKS, Mini-14, 10/22, Lee Enfield, Hi-Point
Carbine, Remington 870, Mossberg 500 and other
firearms. We carry products from UltiMAK, Magpul,
Midwest Industries, TAPCO, Yankee Hill Machine,
Leapers UTG and more.
We also have knives from Buck, Case, CRKT, Cold Steel,
ESEE, KA-BAR, Kershaw, Mora, Opinel, Zero Tolerance
and more.
The History of MilSurpStuff.com and
Mad River Knife & Supply
I started MilSurpStuff in August 2005, as a
side business, listing accessories for Mosin
Nagant and SKS rifles on auction sites. A
short while later the website was created and
I expanded my products to accessories for
other firearms including the Ar15, AK47,
Endfield, Mauser and others.
In 2007, we started to sell a few knives.
After the line continued to grow, I created
MadRiverKnife.com. At this time,
MilSurpStuff.com sold the shooting accessories
and MadRiverKnife.com sold the knives. It made
it impossible to buy a knive and an AR15 stock
and have them shipped together, so we had the
2 sites share one database with all of the
products. Now you could buy anything from
either site.
With the support of my wife, in January 2010,
I quit my real job and I became my own boss. I
was working out of my home and after I shipped
the packages, placed orders, updated the
website, etc., I had a lot of free time. That
summer, I decided to try a "brick &
mortar" store. I thought the knives would
be the more popular product, so I name the
store Mad River Knife & Supply. Since
opening, the store has grown and we have added
many new products and several new
manufacturers.
